Marks on the rim: the unknown maker – “GA”; tee of St. Petersburg District Assay department in 1899-1908, alloy “84” with the initials of district manager A. Romanov – “А.Р.”
Cylindrical shaped vase made of colorless transparent glass, with silver rim of the welt. The vase body is decorated with polished engraved ornament in the Neoclassical style, comprised of torches, connected by garlands of laurel leaves tied with bows, and laurel wreaths with ribbons, placed above the garlands "deflections". The silver rim is made in the form of the stylized Lictor's rods with intertwined ribbons.
