Marks on the setting: unknown maker “GA”; tee of St. Petersburg District Assay department in 1899-1908, alloy “84” with the district manager initials A. Romanov – “А.Р.”
Cylindrical vase made of colourless transparent glass, with silver setting of the welt. The vase body is decorated with polished engraved pattern in the Neoclassical style, comprised of torches, connected by garlands of laurel leaves tied by bows, and laurel wreaths with ribbons, placed above the garlands "whippings". Silver setting is in the form of stylized Lictor's rods with intertwined ribbons.
